Refund policy

For hygiene and uniqueness reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind on our items. Please read descriptions, sizing and photos carefully before purchasing.
All items are sold as seen.

We accept returns or refunds only if an item is faulty or not as described.
In such cases, please contact us within 14 days of delivery including clear photos of the issue.

After inspection, we will offer, at our discretion:
- a replacement (if available),
- a store credit,
- a partial or full refund.

After 14 days from delivery, returns or refunds can no longer be accepted. Items must be in the same condition as received, must not be worn, washed, or altered, any original tags must remain attached and return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the error is ours.

All items purchased during sales, flash events or promotions are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

For purchases made at our Ravenna store, returns for change of mind are not accepted.
We may offer, as a courtesy, an exchange within 7 days (subject to availability) upon presenting the original receipt.

This policy complies with Articles 52–59 and 128–135 of the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005).
Vintage, second-hand and reworked items fall under the exceptions for hygiene and uniqueness.
The legal warranty for used items is contractually limited to 14 days from delivery, as permitted by law.
