Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and begin after shipment.
Tracking is provided once the parcel has been dispatched.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs procedures.
Lost parcels are investigated with the carrier before refunds or replacements are issued.

Orders refused by the customer or not collected from pickup points will be returned to us.
Original shipping costs and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at support@xseovtg.com including photos of the item, packaging and shipping label. Claims without photographic evidence may not be accepted.
